3. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Images generated through Imagify are owned by you. However, you are responsible for ensuring that generated content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Imagify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
